          Okay, So this is the second recipe I’ve tried for royal icing, The first recipe I tried was made with Aquafaba (chickpea brine) and it turned out very well! However I wanted to find another type of liquid I could use, I don’t often have a can of chickpeas at home since I prefer to cook my own from scratch.
